I have a smaller waist than most people. I want to add resistance exercises like weighted Pullups and dips, but the tape of the gym bathroom always feels like slipping. This makes the exercise very uncomfortable and more than my focus is on trying to keep the belt immersion in the exercise itself. Is this a common problem? Should I worry about it from slipping or slipping? Thanks Help!.
