I know how these machines work, but I do not know what to look for. I know I'm good will have a large amount or a large piece of metal sitting on my counter that I can not go to work. Espresso are really cheap nowadays. I would hate for you to buy someone else a headache. I think I bought mine several years ago for $ 100 and saw the same that at Walmart for like $ 20, I hoarse voice! LOL. Anyway, frankly, you just bought a new one. Have been greatly in price. If you still think that may want to buy, make sure that the price of the spare part (and shipment), may be an unpleasant surprise. Overall, just make sure you have your unit basic and has no smell "burnt" electrical wise, his pitcher, and his basket of espresso and the screen. I also make sure the cable is not frayed. Good luck!

Hi, I'm in a training class of the Cross in school, do a walking tour combination of all classes (every two days) about 4 times around the track (which is a mile) I did not do any kind of exersize the last two summers, and I took last year gym so I'm out of shape, and my back and my whole left leg pain to the point of feeling like his fire after each race (usually mornings) Is there a way to reduce this (such as shoes or a style of running?) I was thinking of buying one of these multi-gyms beginning of the station. I do not have time to get to my local gym, and I thought this might be the best solution. But some friends say that its not a good idea, some say it's better to be in the gym to yourself because you'll have friends helping and encouraging you, and others say this device is a waste of money and its not so effective. What do you recommend? Ideas? We really need to do something about my work out but have no time! Please help!
personally i dont think is a good idea. I have one of those and I just have not been using it because its just booring work. i in the gym are more motivated by coaches and can not use 20 machines instead of one.

A tube is an electronic device consisting of a minimum of four active elements: a heater (filament), a cathode, a grid and a plate. All sealed in a vacuum glass enclosure to prevent parts from burning. Once heated, the cathode begins to emit electrons, which flow from the cathode (which is negatively charged) toward the plate (which is positively charged). The grid's purpose is to control this flow, in effect, acting as a valve. How Do Tubes Work? When the guitar's pickup produces a small voltage (the result of the string vibrating in the pickup's magnetic field), this signal is applied to the grid, which causes a large current flow from the cathode to the plate. Because of this, a correspondingly large voltage now appears at the plate. A portion of the amp's electronic circuitry, the grid bias control, adjusts the proper voltage setting of the grid. When the grid bias is properly set, the tube is balanced to the circuit, and therefore produces a clean, powerful signal. The plate is connected to an output transformer, which matches the impedance to that of the speaker. How Do Tubes Distort? As the signal emitting from the plate approaches its maximum potential, the tube gradually begins to react less and less to the original input signal. This results in a type of compression of the signal, and the signal becomes cut off or clipped . Tube distortion (clipping) occurs gradually, producing low order distortion which compliments the original signal, creating a warm sound. Um, yes, everything is not so difficult to replace a steel tube if you know how to weld and steel tube of the machine. If the frame is welded, throw it away and buy a new one … not worth the trouble. Reynolds 531 is easily accessible from multiple places … just do a search. Here is a quick explanation of how to make a replacement Downtube … 1) Take accurate measurements of the tube prepare to be replaced and the new, 2) Cut out the center of the tube leaving about 3 "in the BB and head tube, 3) Heat the BB and remove the remaining piece of tube BB and clean waste welding, 4) Heat the head tube (HT) / Downtube (DT) Lug, remove the remaining piece of DT and cleaning lug brazing waste, 5) Separate the upper tube (TT) of the wheel, clean the lug, 6) Add the new DT in the BB and then insert the upper tube and the TD in the wings head, 7) Set the framework for the TT and DT was on a table. Be careful not to set the stage for a spade or BB. Tack all joints; 
develop some heat in the BB and complete the joint. Continue with the TT and DT. Be sure to completely fill the schedules and not to overheat the tube 9) control final alignment, the frame sandblasted and repainted.
