I am thinking of buying the Toning System Slendertone Flex Go, but I wonder what they think some of it. How it works, and the result is worth the money? What is maintenance, and how often it needs repair / replacing something? THX
I just ordered one but have not yet arrived. The questionnaire they were great, but I've read, if they are too fat (large amounts of fat in the upper part of the muscles) did not really show much improvement … It tones the muscles, to see what tones the muscles, you have to release the fat on top of them .. I can let them know what is going well …

So I was watching HSN ask why not when this product called Slendertone Flex abdominal toning system. It is to do abdominal soposed employment contract therefore be stronger and building abs. Think it work? If you have or have tried, let me know how it worked.
The best thing I found is a book called, "Legendary Abs" published by a company called Health for Life. Use synergistic exercises (with his body against itself) that are safe for your back - hard to do AB exercises. A word of caution - the exercises in this book really breaks up your abs if you do not follow the guidelines in the book. Do not go overboard and jumping levels, working his way. John S.
