What is a good massager for back pain?
I recently had a lot of pain in the lower left of my back, extending to down in the buttocks. It's probably an old injury but I'm looking at the possibility of buying a massager. But it will help in healing? Should I get a percussion massager? Perhaps the handheld or a pad? I'm not too big a budget. Thank you.
