hi. IM in a wheelchair and I started lifting weights at home and a gym, a trainer at the gym, "a good thing for me would weightlifting hooks to be with my help because I've not grap a good taste, cable weight machines and free weights. so for there can tell me if the hooks are good and where can I get?
I try to answer, but this is a pure standpoint of weight training, without know why you are in a wheelchair. Do not use hooks, etc., if you want to improve grip strength, the only way to get a better grip is to use, hooks are repeats well for years, for example if you are doing pull ups for the back, when the grip is not, but this is to make your back strong. So that can be used for anything other than grip strength, and to stop working or grip. If you still want to try here. Can this morning routine that my body more solid?
I am 17 and I am also 5 feet 9 inches and weight 220 lbs im trying to make my own more toned this routine after work until 7 am and do 15 push-ups stand 5 minutes then do 15 curls with dumbbells and then rest my 5 abdominal minutes and then 25 then finish with a shower and some honeynutcheerios. I also like to eat pure honey nut Cheerios all day with 1% milk for a month since the beginning of this month IM
You asked, "Can this morning routine that my body stronger? ". The answer is no. Forget about it completely routine. Now the first thing to do when you wake up, take your supplements if taken before bedtime. Usually take my BCAA, glutamine, and fish oil in the morning. Then breakfast. If you workout on an empty stomach then your body will start to break the muscles of energy. This is called "catabolization. Your muscles have more energy than fat so thats where your body is going to see first. Breakfast should be rich in protein, carbohydrates and fats. Now everyone is different and IM will not go into the complexities of diet, but if To learn more about that message just me. To give an example though, my breakfast consists of: 6 egg whites (cooked) 2 egg yolks (cooked) 2 sausages turkey 2 slices bread or 1 / 2 cup whole oats. Then I wash everything down with a little water. Now I suggest working in the afternoon or evening, but if you can only do so to Early in the morning and take your supplements after a meal before training. Must be a slow digestion of carbohydrates as an apple or oatmeal so you can give energy to your workout. Then, most important will be your food after training. Should consist of a rapid protein digestion, as whey protein and fast digesting carbohydrates such as white bread, pancakes, cookies, Gatorade. After training the body has a period Anabolic short where it is crucial that you get the carbohydrates and proteins immediately replenished. I suggest training for its hit 1 to 2 groups per day and make sure muscle to allow sufficient time for recovery of the muscle groups before going to work on them again. My week training appears this: Sunday-Monday-Chest Back Tuesday to Wednesday at the legs shoulders and abs Thursday-biceps, triceps, forearms and do some high intensity interval cardio training later. Example) Jump Rope-2 minutes of high intensity, low 1-min rest Treadmill-2 min. in 70% of maximal heart rate, 1 min 50% If you just follow a diet high in protein, carbohydrates and fat and has a solid training regiment then you will meet your goal in no time.
