It always feels like dipping belt is slipping?
I have a smaller waist than most people. I want to add resistance exercises like weighted Pullups and dips, but the tape of the gym bathroom always feels like slipping. This makes the exercise very uncomfortable and more than my focus is on trying to keep the belt immersion in the exercise itself. Is this a common problem? Should I worry about it from slipping or slipping? Thanks Help!.
You can purchase your own belt line of immersion. Look for one with the size of your waist (kind of like buying pants). You can also buy inclination belts with shoulder harness. I personally have never used one, but help people back and as they to be effective. Again, you have to buy their own. Fitness equipment is very general and not very personal. Plus, with its own bath belt does not have to ringworm or worry about other people taking all the time. Hope I helped.

Um, yes, everything is not so difficult to replace a steel tube if you know how to weld and steel tube of the machine. If the frame is welded, throw it away and buy a new one … not worth the trouble. Reynolds 531 is easily accessible from multiple places … just do a search. Here is a quick explanation of how to make a replacement Downtube … 1) Take accurate measurements of the tube prepare to be replaced and the new, 2) Cut out the center of the tube leaving about 3 "in the BB and head tube, 3) Heat the BB and remove the remaining piece of tube BB and clean waste welding, 4) Heat the head tube (HT) / Downtube (DT) Lug, remove the remaining piece of DT and cleaning lug brazing waste, 5) Separate the upper tube (TT) of the wheel, clean the lug, 6) Add the new DT in the BB and then insert the upper tube and the TD in the wings head, 7) Set the framework for the TT and DT was on a table. Be careful not to set the stage for a spade or BB. Tack all joints; 
develop some heat in the BB and complete the joint. Continue with the TT and DT. Be sure to completely fill the schedules and not to overheat the tube 9) control final alignment, the frame sandblasted and repainted.

Cable to a single pole thermostat in double pole application?
I'm trying to wire up a programmable thermostat for baseboard heater. The thermostat is a two pole unit (it has two red and two black wires coming out of it. The new thermostat only has two wires in it (in black). I get the power to the thermostat, but the thermostat does not turn on the heater. I have tried a variety of connection settings (some of them quite spectacular …). I'm looking for a good reference site to help me with this. What is the configuration that I use to connect Thanks this?.
All that is needed to break the circuit of a double pole is a line break. You must have a line bypass the thermostat and go directly to heating, and break the other line. Tie a string from the stalls to the hot wire in the box and the other to the broken line to the heater. If that fails, is in the programming, unless you have connected to 220/240 volts and if so it is probably ruined.
