I have a zoom 381 mountain bike Endura. Is the handle bar height adjustable?

I zoom Endura 381 mountain bike. Is the handle height Adjustable bar? It seems that way. The owners manual is written in Hungarian without illustrations so that it is not helpful.

It depends on the mother bike has. If you have a more "pen" mother, then you probably can adjust the height a little. This is old school, but still are often cheaper bikes. If the front of the mother does not have a removable faceplate that holds the handlebars, then you probably need a stem pen. They go into the fork steerer tube and clamp in place with a wedge inside. To adjust them, loosen the screw on the curve in the trunk and up or down to where want. Pay attention, because there is a "minimum insertion" mark on the bottom of the mother ….. ensure that the brand is not exposed. You can set Stem height anywhere above that mark. If you have a modern stem, the holder will clamp around the tube instead of inside it. These stems per usually have 2 screws on the rear edge to tighten around the tube, and at the front which will have 2 or 4 screws holding the handlebars. With this style, which is limited the length of the fork tube. You can see some spacers below the stem or over it …. if you have those, then you can adjust your mother a little. If not, then the only way to change the handlebar height is to buy a fork with a better (or uncut) steering tube, or use a different handlebar with a height different / bow to him.
