Only recently has stopped going to Bally Total Fitness for a motion. They do not have a Bally's around me now, so he bought a bar and dumb bell curl, and I was wondering if anyone has ideas on how to work with them in the chest. Normally you would butterfly, but I have a bank, so I'm working on the ground. If you have any idea of its much appreciated. I do not have a bank at home
