If you burn more calories than you consume then your body has to use stored fat for energy to offset the deficit of calories and lose fat. Calories in versus calories. If you consume more than their body needs those extra calories are stored as fat. Even if you eat healthy foods too you still fat gain. And can theoretically lose fat eating junk food if you eat fewer calories than you consume, but not very healthy. The objective for each person is to find out how many calories are needed to burn fat permanently.

How many calories can NEWS eat to lose weight </ b>

There is no diet, where you can eat certain foods, as much as you want and still lose weight. The rules are the same for all foods. This also means you can eat junk food occasionally, if you keep your calories under control. The increased flexibility is more likely is adhering to a diet program. If you eat too much food, then no matter how much exercise a day, what you eat or eating, you still gain weight. Lose fat requires willpower and discipline.

To find out how many calories you need to lose, maintain or gain weight. You have to know the daily total Calorie Expenditure (TDEE), also known as the maintenance level. Your TDEE is the number of calories your body burns in 24 hours. Include your Metabolic Rate Basal (BMR) and activity level.

Hey, what the hell's a BMR? BMR is the number of calories your body burns normal functions, including breathing, digestion, circulation, construction of the cell, temperature regulation, and every metabolic process that occurs in the body. BMR can vary greatly from person to person. Some can eat almost anything and still be skinny, but eating some weight when they eat anything.

There are many different methods to calculate your TDEE, but the formula from Katch McArdle is the most accurate. Lets make an example of what I could understand how it works:

BMR (men and women) = 370 + (21.6 X lean mass in kg)

Example:
You are women
its weight is 75 kg
percentage of fat is 21% (59.25 kg lean body mass (LBM) and 15.75 kg of fat)
Your BMR = 370 + (21.6×59.25kg)
BMR = 1650 calories

We also need into account their level of activity.
Sedentary = BMR x 1.2 (little or no exercise, desk job)
Lightly active = BMR X 1.375 (light exercise / sports 1.3 days a week)
Moderately active = BMR x 1.55 (moderate exercise / sports 3-5 days a week)
Very active = BMR X 1.725 (hard exercise / sports 6-7 days a week)
Extremely Active = BMR X 1.9 (hard daily exercise / sports and physical work or
X 2 days of training, marathon etc.)

The BMR was 1650 calories.
If you tell lightly active (1.375) we get:
1650×1.375 = 2 269 calories a day

There you. If you want to lose fat then you need a calorie deficit. Reduce your caloiros a little below your TDEE. The other option is to go out of their calories in the same level and burn calories with exercise.

Calorie Count

It may at first glance, it seems to make sense. Count the number of calories you eat in a day may seem to help him lose weight. But limiting the number total calories per day is not the best way to lose weight. There are several reasons and I'm sure once you read these reasons, you will agree that counting calories does not work for weight loss!

Do not get me wrong, it might work for some people, for example, people who have all the time the world to prepare their own meals, go grocery shopping an hour to reach. If you're like most people, you do not have that kind of time. Even if you are not in an office all day, do we really have that extra time? Probably not. So it makes sense that counting calories is not really for everyone. It is tedious, consuming time and a waste of time for most people.

But that is why calorie counting does not work. That's what happens when you try to apply calorie counting real life. Life gets in the way!

The quality of the calories plays an important role in the total consumption of calories. For example, not low calorie foods contain no calories of good quality. It's pretty rubbish, empty calories combined with a lot of chemicals for you full. Calories are energy sources for your body so as we upgrade to the best of the best, the top of the line at something, you should also eat the best of the best way to provide your body with the best source of energy and nutrients such as vitamins and minerals. The low-calorie foods are the farthest thing from the top of the line for nothing! They have little, if any of nutrients and energy are a source of truly horrible. Sure, you can feel a quick, but in food, has gone in a flash!

Hidden calories will! So many foods have hidden calories to try to stay below a certain number in the world today is almost impossible unless you prepare each meal for yourself. Think about it, do you really prepare each and every meal you eat in a day? I mean, sure, some people do. But in the morning, how about that cup of coffee? Did you know that either directly from the can of coffee? Or is poured after someone did? Or do you buy in a coffee shop? Or how about the bagel or bought bun for breakfast? There are many foods that have plenty of calories you should not assume. Not only that, but if you tend to eat out, How often do you ever see a list of restaurants in the number of calories in each of their food offerings? I know I've never seen that!

If you're serious about losing weight, and I mean real body fat (not just water weight), then the calorie count does not work for you. The real key is to eat healthy, healthy, fresh food like fruits, vegetables and meat quality. When you eat healthy, your body will be a great energy with calories and nutrients. Even if you do not exercise, this is a much better way to lose weight than any silly fad diet available today. Exercise will catapult your success though. Once you eat healthy and exercising, losing weight is easy!
