Has anyone seen a bar of training that is flexible, scalable, and is the resistance? It is mainly used for the chest.?

I was at a friends house the other night and saw a piece of exercise equipment that my boyfriend would love to, but I'm not sure how to find it. The bar was heavy and had a handle at each end. You could make the handles and extends over 6 inches on each side. Half the bar is flexible and can bend, but not easy because of resistance in the bar. Thank you for helping your phone!

Should I take the thrust rod out of my Crown Vic or letting them in?

I own an all black 1999 Crown Vic P71 with floodlights and a push bar on it I do not know if it would look better with or without the push bar. The only reason I'm still thinking about taking off in the first place is to put less weight on my car ride and to avoid harassment from the police about the appearance of my car. How do I maintain my weight fall from my bar weight?

How can I keep the weight from sliding off? I have a bar that weighs 20 pounds and is a thin bar. I have a couple, but the clips that are too large for the bar, so it's not a tight fit. What can I do?

I do not suggest continue to lift weights so unstable, you could hurt yourself or any cat unfortunate that might happen to pass under some dishes falling!, but until either buy a new bar or find the right clips try using some heavy tape.
