When we say that a claw hand is 200 pounds, as hard is that?
If I hang from a bar with one hand and weighs 200 pounds is equivalent to that 200 pounds pushing a clip? I just want to know what the equivalent force of 200 pounds is what it is not too easy or too difficult when you got it
In fact, most of the pieces of exercise equipment, to quote the numbers in pounds, even when they do not apply. Bowflex is a good example it. I doubt that your grip is actually equivalent to keeping 200 pounds.
