Exercise Stretch
Is it bad to stretch if you are not doing any exercise then?

Lately I've been feeling the need to stretch in the morning when I wake up (mostly because it feels good after you wake up: P) but I have noticed that stretch the muscles where pain seems to be some moment later, as if I did a little exercise without stretching. So my question is, is it bad to stretch if it is not going to do any exercise then? Is effect of the muscles in any way?

Without heating, you should stretch slowly until you feel mild tension. You should not go further without warming the muscles first.
