What are some of the great ice exercises to increase balance and stability?
I just returned to the ice today after three months healing of a fractured tibia. I want to know any exercises that help with balance and stability. I started rolling and got on a crossover couple, but I realized that it can glide on one foot while I was pre-fracture. If you can help that would be awesome.
I think something that would benefit to be sure that you are working only with the leg off the ice. When you practice at home just doing things. Like standing on one leg and bend it. The best thing to do is just take it easy. Good luck! If you need help just email me.
