Step aerobics?
I just got a step aerobic, not step by step, before you start using it, is there any risk. I read something earlier on repetitive strain injuries (RSI)
Good can come RSI repititive do some exercise so its not a health hazard including the use of aerobic step. They are really good at burning calories, especially if you go to a step class (although if you are a beginner its very hard to keep up no matter your fitness level is - these measures are very difficult to master). If you are using to keep in shape or lose weight, do the same thing every time isn't really beneficial that anyway. Really want to mix a little bit with some other forms of exercise or just be bored and give up. good luck - and buy a DVD to show you how use the most.
