How quickly get abs in physical training?
I've been training in the gym for the last 2 months, and while there is a change in my abs, I wanted to know how long it takes to get a type of shape (though not as a professional bodybuilder). Besides, I have a job, and I can not daily exercise. He wanted to know if 3 times a week is acceptable for maintaining the form that I purchased. Also, if you know any abdominal exercises, I would very happy if I could say. Thank you very much.
This should have about 1 more month to see a way if you work hard. If you workout for the same, you just have to keep your abs like today. 3 times a week is excellent! keep it up
