If I select everything, everything (whether in body or in the footnote) is the same size. How do I change all text in the body to one size and all text in the note to another size? If you've been using styles, it is easy to do. If you have not, then you have not been using OpenOffice.org Writer correctly. Assuming you have not used the styles, place the cursor in the middle of a normal page. Select all with Ctrl-A. This will select all text, but not press releases F-11. In the dialog box that appears, the icon on the left should be selected, that is for styles paragraph. You may find that emphasize the "default" style. Set the bar lower than "all styles". Then select the style "Body text" instead of "Default". "Body Text" style is suitable for normal body text. This will make the whole body of the text. The Oxford Knee Score, pain scale, knee flexion, unassisted straight leg raise, standing and walking were compared at 3rd, 5th and 7th day postoperatively. These parameters were checked again at 6 weeks and at 3 months following the operation. The mean age was 71 years (range 48 to 88). There were 44 women and 33 men. The mean duration to achieving straight leg raise for the midvastus group was 3.5 days (SD1.2) and for the medial parapatellar approach group was 5 days (SD1.3) The mean hospital stay for the midvastus group was 5 days (SD2.5) and for the medial parapatellar group was 6.5 days (SD2.6). The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (p=0.003) There was a statistically significant difference in duration of hospita stay, straight leg raise and rising from a chair unassisted, all in favour of midvastus approach.

I think 176 pounds is pretty decent. When creating an exercise program I did in the past was find my max. The more weight you can lift that muscle group once. Once I found my Max then representatives of my regular exercise in 75% of my maximum weight. This is the best way to determine the most weight to be effective. Also, use different ways to exercise the calf. You can use free weights also STALLION. The best next thing is to lift the stretch. Remember to stretch at least 5 minutes between each set of repetitions. Stretching helps maintain muscle length and thin.

How do I maintain my weight fall from my bar weight?

How can I keep the weight from sliding off? I have a bar that weighs 20 pounds and is a thin bar. I have a couple, but the clips that are too large for the bar, so it's not a tight fit. What can I do?

I do not suggest continue to lift weights so unstable, you could hurt yourself or any cat unfortunate that might happen to pass under some dishes falling!, but until either buy a new bar or find the right clips try using some heavy tape.
