I need to know where I can buy a DVD of instruction specifically jet washing and graffiti removal, does anyone know where I can get one?
The jet purchase will washing instructions, can try to ask the company selling the reaction, if you wash produce a DVD? There are chemicals that can be purchased at most stores that can be used to remove graffiti that are used in combination with jet washing. Hope this helps

What is the best and / or fastest way to build muscle mass in the interior and exterior of the upper arm?
I have been able working on my biceps and triceps, but I can not seem to find a way to build muscle on the sides of the upper arm, just off the side of the biceps. In other words, it is the height of the muscle that concerns me is the breadth. My arms are wide, due to muscle mass, but my arm still has you get to do. Any suggestions? Keep in my mind I only have dumbells available in the home until they can afford a gym membership.
What you are referring to actually is also part of his triceps. In his routine, aimed at treating them a little differenty doing triceps pushdowns reverse reverse or near-press banking grip, see if that makes a difference. Hammer grip triceps extensions should also help.
