This exercise is enough for a blue heeler?
I have a dog now, but I am determined to get a Blue Heeler / Australian Cattle wondering if 2 hours of exercise is enough to go in a half-hour walk in the morning, time to walk off leash in the afternoon (no cars where around foot), medium hour walk at night. And many of Doggie Brain Games
Walks really do not meet the ACD. They do nothing to exercise the brain, and the dog will be so hyper after the walk as before. You need to replace most of the rides with obedience training and some very intense time of interactive games such as Frisbee or Jollyball. ACD want to be dead tired at the low end of the day. It's the only way to get them to relax. Edit: In reading your other questions, I would recommend that you do not receive an ACD. You seem to be quite sure what you want in a dog, JRT, Westie, Spaniel, etc. You also seem unsure of how long the exercise you want to give a dog, besides wanting a non-shedding companion (which the ACD is definitely NOT). Please do not put an ACD in a situation that will end up in a shelter because their situation is not right for the dog. This race is best left to those who want it as a working dog.

My doctor told me not to do abdominal belly, but I need to get my abdominal muscles working to get rid of the bump of hysterectomy and get a flat stomach back. I had my hysterectomy in September and have increased my daily walk 30 minutes to 2 hours. Any help from the ladies who have had this surgery appreciate it. Thank you. Oh, by the way, I'm not old!
Unfortunately, no foot addition to little or nothing can be done in terms of fitness at this point. I personally have not had a hysterectomy, but a friend who was my teacher had a martial arts and not even allowed to practice kicking small. (1) heart rate is one of the determinants of the amount of output generated by your heart. If your body thinks it needs more production then one of the simple things you can do is make higher heart rate. Atheletes with large stroke volume (taking on a greater volume of blood in each heartbeat) usually have a resting heart rate to generate cardiac output as a normal person. Various drugs (eg beta-blockers high blood pressure) can affect a person's resting heart rate. Beta blockers tend to slow the heart rate. Disease states often tend to accelerate the heart rate, as the body's metabolic demands require it. Younger people or people with lower stroke volumes tend to have higher resting heart rate (2). Salbutamol (a common asthma inhaler) tends to accelerate heart rate. Other beta-agonist (Serevent or in combination of Seretide, Bricanyl (terbutyline)) will do the same. However, once the effect of the inhaler is gone, usually the resting heart rate returns to normal (maybe a little faster if there is any disease that has triggered asthma in the first place).
