What kind of exercises, physiotherapy could do to strengthen hand and wrist?
Chance of nerve damage? Did the doctor say anything about that? To strengthen PP try to use light in the hand palm up and let the DB roll almost from the hand to the fingertips with the wrist down, stop. Then bring DB back up while flexing the wrist toward you. Be sure to keep the forearm at rest on a stable surface. Do that until you are using fairly heavy weight (15-20 pounds) and then proceed to use chin ups, pull ups, and farmers walk (a weight in both hands, PP prefers a room for 20-30 sec. try for 3 games). Please help to find a PT aid.

Does anyone know of a company that has good deals on gum a lot to a playground I would like buy about 12: 50 pound bags of rubber mulch blue, but want to find the best deal. So far cheapest I found was 17,00 / 50 lb. bag someone knows a place or sell in the beam as it is sometimes cheeper that way. Thanks
Looks like $ 17 per bag is a pretty good deal already. We live in Massachusetts and there are shops here yet. We have our (82 bags of 50 pounds) through Creative Playthings, the people who built our guys swing the strong wall rock. We had to have it trucked in, but even with the discount for buying in bulk which still reached 18.99 per bag (plus a delivery charge $ 200). Most rubber mulch distributors consider "bulk" to a palette. Each pallet contains 40 bags. Whereas only need 12 bags probably better than the agreement we have found. My neighbors bought in bulk through the website PERMALIFE (Permalife.com) so maybe you can check to see if it's cheaper. We love our rubber mulch! Easy care, soft landing for the declines, stays nice and bright color despite it's okay in the sun, and stays in place even in the rain! Well worth the investment. The only one we've found so far is that it is hot, if in the light direct sun. Therefore, make sure your children are always with something on your feet:) Good luck!

I really want to lose weight in my legs. I have heard this type weight lost weight only. Not sure if that is true though. What weight and number of repetitions should I do what I can lose weight.

Basically, you will find several exercises that you want to do and then hit hard at all. You to go to like 10 to 12 reps with each lift. Just dont stop between exercises. You need to keep your heart pumping. So push yourself in an elevator and go directly to the next and is forced to the same intensity as the representatives and the right to move to the next.

With just about every veteran rock act getting the "box-set treatment" by the early 21st century, it was only a matter of time until one of Detroit proto-punk's finest, the MC5, got their own multi-disc overview. And it finally arrived in 2004, in the form of the six-disc box, Purity Accuracy. But this sprawling comp does not follow the expected setup for your average box set (favorites mixed with unreleased rarities) -- its first few discs are comprised of demos, alternate takes, and early or forgotten tunes, while the rest focuses on live material. The more interesting outtakes on the first disc include a tender Fred "Sonic" Smith acoustic demo of "Over and Over," a kick-ass early version of "Sister Anne" dubbed "Pledge Song," and a reading of the group's psychedelic early concert favorites, "Black to Comm." Long considered one of rock's most explosive and high-energy live acts, the remaining discs include show highlights from the group's peak years (who can ever get enough of such classics as "Starship," "Borderline," and "Kick Out the Jams"?), as well as the last disc, which showcases audio highlights from the 2004 DVD, Sonic Revolution: A Celebration of the MC5 (including a version of "Sister Anne" sung by Mot?rhead's Lemmy). Purity Accuracy is obviously not aimed at the new fan, but rather at the MC5 fanatic, who needs every bit of music the band committed to tape. And for that select bunch, Purity Accuracy should supply quite a lot of mega-decibel listening pleasure. ~ Greg PratoThis compilation of MC5 rarities is a single-disc digest of highlights from Easy Action's six-CD box set, also titled Purity Accuracy, that was released in 2004. Just as that set brought together a lot of material that had been circulating in one form or another for years, hardcore MC5 fans won't find much in the way of surprises on this album -- six of the 15 tracks here first surfaced on ROIR's Babes in Arms anthology in 1983, and just about everything else has appeared on one of the many semi-authorized collections that Alive Records issued in the 1990s. So this disc is clearly redundant for the faithful, and folks first dipping their toes into the MC5's great music would be better served with Babes in Arms, the 2007 rarities set I Can Only Give You Everything, Rhino's excellent "greatest-hits" CD The Big Bang: The Best of the MC5, or their landmark debut, Kick Out the Jams. But having said that, there is still some great music on Purity Accuracy that ranks with the MC5's best moments -- a potent if technically ragged live recording of "Black to Comm" (a concert staple that never made it onto an official album), the original single version of "Looking at You" that lays the re-recording on Back in the USA to waste, and blistering alternate takes of "Sister Ann," "Gotta Keep Moving," and "The Human Being Lawnmower." The trouble with the Purity Accuracy sampler isn't that the music isn't worthwhile -- some of it's damn near essential -- but that it has been distrib
